This letter is to inform you about Community One Financial and Real Estate Services experience with ESP Printing & Mailing. As an office manager and real estate professional in the mortgage business, I am constantly looking for different ways of marketing in order to attain potential business. One of the ways that we try to acquire business is by sending out mailers to potential clients. We have tried using many different companies in order to print and send out these mailers. The majority of these companies have entirely over promised and unfortunately could not delver. We had almost given up on this type of marketing due to the fact that we were not getting any results. We only had one or two phone calls from the thousands (literally thousands) of dollars we had spent sending out and printing these mailers. Then we were introduced to ESP Printing and Mailing. Although the staff and management at ESP Printing and Mailing were extremely professional, we were a bit hesitant to invest too much money or time in the mailers that were going to be sent out to due to our previous experience with other printing and mailing companies. We decided to give it one last shot and try ESP. We sent out a few thousand mailers and received an unbelievable response! It got to a point where we were so overwhelmed with the amount of phone calls that were coming in that we had to pass the business on to other agents.
